Fiona heads up the Commercial and Residential Property Divisions of Dillon Geraghty Solicitors LLP. She has broad commercial and residential property experience. and has advised developers, lenders, insolvency practitioners, farmers, landlords, tenants, investors, retailers, charities, sporting bodies and statutory authorities in numerous property transactions. Her specific experience includes:

Pauric joined Dillon Geraghty Solicitors LLP in 2019 having worked as a Solicitor in one of Ireland’s largest criminal law practices.

He has extensive advocacy experience having represented Clients in all Court jurisdictions for matters including road traffic offences, drug offences, sexual offences, murder and manslaughter cases. He has a particular interest in the laws involving drink driving, and European arrest warrants, where he has been involved in cases that have been heard in the Supreme Court and The Court of Justice of the European Union.

Pauric also has considerable experience in wide range of Litigation matters and has represented and advised clients in relation to Probate disputes, Defamation actions, Property and Building Disputes and Personal Injury actions.

Pauric also now practices extensively in Family Law dealing with the negotiation and preparation of separation agreements, divorce and separation proceedings as well as guardianship, access, safety and barring orders, and maintenance applications.

In his spare time, Pauric is passionate about travel and experiencing new cultures. He also an avid water sport fan and enjoys scuba diving, swimming, skiing and badminton.
