Solicitor: Eleanor Davis

Eleanor Davis was admitted as a Solicitor in 1998 and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Dillon Geraghty.

She has practiced in all areas of private general practice since qualification with particular emphasis on Litigation. She has in previous appointments managed major defence litigation and plaintiff personal injury portfolios.

Eleanor practices extensively in Family Law dealing with the negotiation and preparation of separation agreements, divorce and separation proceedings as well as guardianship, access, and maintenance applications.

Lianne Kiernan specializes in Probate, Estate Planning, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Wardship. She provides clear and considered advices on will preparation and inheritance tax planning.

Where a Grant of probate or administration is required in a deceased person’s estate she can expertly and sensitively take the legal personal representative and family through the process.

Lianne also advises on residential sales, purchases and mortgages together with commercial sales, acquisitions and leasing. She has particular expertise in complex conveyancing including applications for title based on squatter’s rights and the correction of defective titles.
