Mark’s primary area of practice is in litigation. He has represented clients in all courts ranging from District to Supreme Court, at arbitration hearings, in the employment tribunals and in various victim compensatory tribunals.
Mark is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers which provides information, guidance and support to those who have suffered *personal injury. He has extensive experience in recovering losses and damages for clients resulting from *work related accidents and illnesses, traffic crashes and accidents and mishaps in public and private places. He also practices extensively in the areas of Medical Negligence and Cosmetic Surgery malpractice.
Mark handles all manner of contractual disputes and provides defense litigation services for businesses and insurers.
Mark has developed a substantial practice in employment law, advising employers and employees on a wide range of employment issues, including employee contracts, workplace policies, employee benefits and prosecuting all types of employment claims before of Rights Commissioner, Employment Appeals Tribunal and the Courts.

Fiona is a graduate of University College Dublin where she obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law Degree (Hons). She also holds a Diploma in Commercial Property and Tax Law.
Fiona trained and practiced in one of Ireland’s largest commercial law firms Beauchamps Solicitors in Dublin prior to Dillon Geraghty & Company. She handles all the property and non-litigious commercial requirements of the firm’s clients from house sale, purchases and mortgages to complex commercial deals. She has worked on many of the largest residential, commercial and mixed developments in the country including the redevelopment of Smithfield and the South Docks in Dublin. She is on the Board of Directors of St. Mary’s Credit Union Navan.
Fiona also advises the firm’s clients on wills, trusts, tax planning and administration of estates.
Regarding family law Mark and Fiona are proponents of the use of collaborative methods to resolve family disputes, which if successfully implemented avoids the need for costly and lengthy court proceedings. Both are keenly aware of and abreast of the recent Civil Partnership and Certain Rights and Obligations of Cohabitants Act 2010 and its wide impact on cohabiting couples vis-à-vis property, succession and maintenance.
